the bulbs twist 90o and pull out I had to use a pair of pliers but your better off replacing them anyway - I replaced mine with LED ones off Ebay and they are much better

mine was a tad 'stiff' to say the least but it was just a case of using my body to jerk the seat forward whilst holding the lever up - my knob slipped off a few times too :oops: as far as I know it can't go back too far and can't slide off the rails so maybe get someone with some muscle to help out ;)

had a scoot around in the wiki and on here and talked to nic @ B-C bugs and buses and it looks like the oil seal is allowing oil to foul the clutch plate so needs replacing (only slipping in higher revs 3rd and 4th) priced up clutch kit as may aswell replace this at the same time £99 from Brickwerks...

When i filled mine to the brim it left a nice puddle of 4star on the forecourt - is this the afore mentioned tank grommet and if so is it a big job to sort myself?
