Re: Front to back pipes
Hi, I used industrial hose on a diesel t25 years ago and had no problems at all, eventually the van was scrapped due to rust but the hoses were fine after 8 years use. Do make sure that the hose is suitable for use with vw's recommended anti freeze and the hose is secured to prevent chaffing and it ...

Re: front to back return plastic pipe
you can by long lengths of coolant hose from some suppliers but you must mention that it will be carrying anti-freeze, I had to do this years ago on an early diesel t25 that rotted the main pipes (the early ones were only steel ) but it did cost alot then £80 about 12 years ago

Re: Pierburg carb checks
You can fit the mixer to the weber carb by droping the engine crossmember by 25mm and fitting spacers to it. how well it works I won't know until I can get gas and try it (taxing van on monday) I may end up tearing my hair out and trying to refurb my pierburg. watch this space if you drop the engin...

If anyone in the south east is looking for a rolling road I can recommend B D Engineering near Sittingbourne. I recently had my buggy engine tuned and they found an extra 10hp well worth a visit and good hourly rates. V happy.

Dont spoil the valance to fit the exhaust you will regret it, I fitted the exhaust st...
