I wasn't thinking about something as hi-tec as GPS. I wondered if it was possible to have one of the trip computers that are normally under the speedo on that dial. In the Haynes book it showed that there is one on the later models. So I was wondering if you could take one from a van being broken an...

I have a 1981 a/c t25 and would like to add a speedo with a trip computer so that i can record distances on trips. Is it a possibility to do this and is it just a case of replacing the complete display panel?
