Re: New foam & upholstery
I'd PM Redy1967 on this forum for foam... He'll sort you out for a very reasonable price...

Re: sliding door driving me crazy!!
I had a similar problem with mine, and after much fettling/headscratching and swearing, I eventually bought another hinge unit of e-pay for a tenner which fixed the problem. I figured that the hinge bar attaching the door to the sliding mechanism was bent, although it looked ok...

Re: sliding door driving me crazy!!
May be a silly/obvious question, but have you checked the seal hasn't popped out? Just renewed my seal and it was a right bugger getting it in behind the door (had to resort to taking the door off at the bottom) but eventually, it all went back in.

Re: Can anyone identify this carb?
You're right about the simple things... :| Trouble is, I was planning to go to the Volksworld show at the end of this month, so time is at a premium and I need to be able to trust the thing to get me down from Blackburn and back. Plus, I've no interior in it at all, yet and the clock is ticking! A n...

Re: Can anyone identify this carb?
It's got a 1.8 8v golf gti engine in it. I have blanked off the injector holes (araldite and pennies, although this will need revisiting) and it failed on the Hydrocarbons but I haven't got the printout from the MOT station... CO2 was good, but the hydrocarbons were 2800 or so. The carb was severely...

Can anyone identify this carb?
Afternoon, all. Just had some bad news: Van failed it's MOT on emissions, so I got a reputable bloke out to have a look and see if he could get it up to scratch. Long story short, he tells me I need a new carb, and charged me £65. (I also need a new alternator, so it has turned out to be a very sh*t...

Maybe a stupid question...
Hi all... Midway through my conversion, and I have what may be a really stupid question. My camper has an LPG conversion already fitted, but can I run my cooker, fridge, propex heater etc from the same tank? It seems silly to cart around an extra gas bottle when I already have a large gas tank in th...
