Can anyone help ive got a camper 1985 and a DG engine i think? but i have no idea where the water hose on the right hand side of the engine is ment to go it comes from the block?? its the 1 nearest to the back of the car and isnt the one with the metal hose that goes to the water pump... Please help...

lol well they do fit but only if i take the centre caps off the hubs as they are too big to fit through the wheel centres.
is machining the wheels the way to go?

Hey guys i've a set of audi 5 spoke alloys which fit the camper if i take off the centre caps but then that leaves the bearings out in the elements slightly the gap is to far to spacwe out the wheels id say so is there any kind of caps or something??

Basically i bought it from a lady and it hadnt been used for 8 years because her garage told her the big end had gone so i managed to get it running and it was fine for a while now its freed up its knocking quite badly and it does it as soon as you start it. how can i go about checking oil pressure?...

Hey guys ive a 1983 1.9 petrol and the big end bearings are seriously ratteling has anyone ever replced these and is it an easy job or am i better of searching for a new enigne which again ii never see many about?

Hey guys i have a 1983 1.9 petrol and the big end bearings have gone now i really dont know whats going to be more cost effective and easyer for me to cnvert myself in the long run stay with the vw and rebuild it get a new vw engine or go for a hybrid gold gti engine or something?? help pleaseee.
