Any difference between early and late model doors?

Hi all
Can anyone tell me if the drivers and passenger doors changed over the years? I have an 81 van, and the doors are a bit scabby. I was thinking about sourcing some used ones on eBay and changing the locks over.
I know the tailgate and sliding door are different, but not sure about the fronts.
Any help appreciated!
Dave

there are some differences but nothing you will notice or not make them fit.

Thanks guys.
Is there any major issues in removing the window and lock mechanisms from an old door and replacing it into a new, empty door?
Any headaches to be aware of?

Locks and main window are easy enough, opening front quarter lights can be a bit of a pain sometimes but still quite straight forward

well the std early doors didnt have the pressings for the electric window motor mountings, and with regards to electric big morrors then there is a fdifferent cut out for parts of this, if you look back at the

bottom of page 3 shows the third hole being made for the lecky mirrors ,page 5 shows the door guts etc oh and also i believe from memory that the door has a grommet hole cut in that you wouldnt be able to replicate that is get to, to allow the 18 miles of wiring to enter.oh and central locking needs different bits.holes drilling. but if you want to use as a std door then they fit ok

late caravelle doors also dont have the air vents in the inner skin behind the hinges
as non passenger doors need this air for the stail air vents
there are a few different inner skin pressings no obvious reasons , a few different size holes and as previously state different mount locations
