Waste water tank advice needed

Odd one this.

I'm moving the kitchen from one side of my van to the other. As a result the underslung waste water tank is on the wrong side. I also have an underslung lpg tank on the other side so it's not trivial to move the waste tank, lpg would have to move as well.
Question is, has anyone run waste outlet along the floor of the van from one side to the other? I'm thinking 22mm poly pipe running along the floor. That means there is no drop on the pipe from left to right. Will it be prone to airlocks or silting up?

Or do you think best to swap lpg and waste tanks?

Cheers all!

Oh and I promise once something interesting starts happening I will put up pics and updates to 'pay back' some of the good will!

I would recommend finding a way to have a drop.
I think moving the LPG tank could be costly

Silly question - what happens if you're camped but not quite side-to-side level, with the tank on the high side compared to the sink?

Get a drop in there.

Also think about where it'll leak if/when the tank's full.
