Do wheel adaptors exist for the fitment of vw Aircooled 4 stud wheels to late vw t25 5 stud

Haven't vans always been 5 stud, even Aircooled ones ?

If you mean Beetle type wheels then no they are not strong enough, that's why VW fitted 5 stud wheels.
