hello to one and all,
i was wondering if anyone can hellp me.
have been doing some work on my sliding side door,and am about to reolace it. the probem is that over the years by previous owners have kept putting grease on the rolling parts both top and bottom. i have now scraped these so there is no grease present. the question is what is the best grease / lubricant to use and how much.

ps i have a 1980 vw t25 with a 1600 ct Aircooled engine.
