If you mean use the leisure battery side of the relay switched contacts to do the fridge at the same time then yes provided that it's big enough to handle both. Tricky to assess though as although we know the fridge uses a little under 10amps, the current to re-charge the leisure battery depends on how discharged it has become whilst camping. Most people fit a separate relay for the fridge but use the same trigger wire as the split charge relay.

You don't have to fit vents to the outside of your van (except the small one for the gas burner exhaust flue). Some vans dissipate the heat from the fridge heat exchanger into the interior of the van by raising the fridge off the floor and fitting a high level vent in the cupboards to save cutting holes in the van bodywork; some only have one high level exterior vent as the gas vapour leak escape hole in the floor can double up as a lower vent if it's of sufficient size.

There's several ways of doing it but if you are fitting new vents to the exterior, buy covers for them too for driving in extreme wet conditions as road spray shots straight in them.
