headlights and harzards light

1 can someone help got 1986 t3 t25 and the headlight can be turned on but full beam stays on
2 hard light not working turn switch so life but lights will not work
please forward answer thankyou

Id say switch or relay issues but I dont really understand your issues

There is no relay on the headlight.

So did I until I dismantled the front end of my van in my search for them
