1.9DG WBX carb replacement

Morning all,
Planning to replace the standard carb with a reconditioned one (from Bromyard's).
Just before I get the spanners out, is there anything major I need to be aware of?
e.g: Coolant connections/ airlocks etc etc???
I have a new carb/ manifold block gasket.
The carb has been test-run by Bromyard, so should be in the ball-park wrt mixture/ idle speed.
I have a gaster for fine tuning the mixture and revs etc.
