Are the round headlights different for LHD to RHD?

A breakers near me in Spain has 4 t25´s he is crushing this week 
I am going to whizz up tomoorrow and try and salvage some parts. But all are LHD and I am not sure if the headlights are specific or you can just adjust them for left hand or right hand driving?
Any advice appreciated
