I was trying them before Christmas with same result.
Gave up and took my business elsewhere.
They are still trading I believe and stick there head in here occasionally.

Managed to get hold of Ian and got the part I wanted. If anyone has trouble contacting them try e-mailing through the Synconutz site. Ian repied very quickly We need to try to keep these places going as they are a great source for those hard to find parts.
:ok

Hear Hear! And the new AAZ engine fitted in my Syncro last week is proof that SyncroNutz are still alive and kicking (thanks Russell!). I have never yet had a reply to an email though and the phone is only answered 1 in 3 times I call... Small price to pay for such a good service at a good price though...

first time i have been on here in weeks, been busy/ill and trying to get on top of loads of other time consuming issues/problems. i am only here by myself now that russel is back in South Africa. the business is changing towards camper hire/parts/sales(eventually) and more basic servicing/repairs. sorry to anyone who has been trying landline as i havent been at workshop and when i am it tends to be a nightshift as i get nothing done if i am here in daylight due to people turning up and keeping me busy or if i look at the emails i start to go through them(100s) and thats many hours i simply dont have at the moment. if anyone wants to contact me it is best to send a text to my mobile, dont leave a voice-mail as i have to listen to at least 3 seconds of each one before i can delete any to move onto next one/twenty to get to most recent! my number is 07732098577, thanks ian

No worries Ian. I managed to get Mo at Roseburn to do the mot so I could get the van taxed. Agree though sounds like you need another Russell to ease the stress,
