pick-up side flaps

are the pins an interfernce fit? or just seized?
whats the best way to remove them?

seized,heat lots, hit lots, swear lots,apply plasters,repeat as nessesary.

Got mine out exactly how CJ recomends except a bit extra swearing, and im making some S Steel replacements.

and by heat i think you will find the oxy-actylene applicator to be the one rather than a pi$$-poor gas torch of the diy variety

Std long plain SS M12 or M14s are a good fit I think, can peen them over if you don't want peter pikkey taking them.

Can bend the brackets if not too careful

yes, but always worth checking :D

i did fill my buggy with oil once, before putting the drain plate back on :D :oops:
