I am in the process of finishing off a CR / CS to 1Y conversion on our bus and realised when we purchased it there was no starter motor included.
I have looked in all my usual sources but cant find a starter motor on the shelf anywhere for our bus only the option to have an exisiting one reconditioned.
Is there an alternative starter motor i could use for our setup from another vehicle even if it needs minor mods to get fitted as long as the engine turns over

t25 diesel starter is a one off.

try brickwerks,the motor needed is for the cs engine not the 1y, made that mistake and ended up stranded in anglessey whilst waiting for correct part.
