Fitting a 3 seater bench

Hi All,

I recently bought a 1989 Devon Conversion Microbus and not having the need for 12 seats I'm looking to replace the rear seats with a 3 seat bench (and maybe the middle double seat unit).
I've bought off fleabay a set of T25 seats which look like they will fit fine but I can see that the back of the bench seat has a "hook" on each side - presumably to stop the seat back from swinging forward...BUT what I don't have are the fittings for these to hook onto (which I assume are bolted/welded to the bodywork).

Can anyone point me in the direction of someone who can supply these brackets?

Many thanks

Andi

You just need to find someone with a Caravelle that is removing their seats and fitting a rock n roll bed. Not sure if the holes for those pins will be there on yours though.

Can anyone take a photo of one, so I know what I'm looking for!

Many thanks

Like a thicker version of the sliding door pin basically. You may be able to make one with a longish bolt with a nut threaded down to nip into bodywork? That way you'll get some idea of how it works. My camera just failed so can't take a pic until next week.
