It has probably been covered before but I can't find it.
What is the best waterproofer for a pop top canvas? Needs to be one that can be brushed on.
Thanks

I ve used Fabsil on trailer tents in the past and it done the job.
I bought a small hand punp spray botlle from Wilkos and used that to put on.

Errrr.....thermal wrap.

keeps you warm in winter and cool in summer. stops the canvas from fading and cuts the light down on those bright mornings.

No PopTop should be without one.

WHS ^^^^^
Like this. Takes a minute to put up and even less to take down. As long as its dry it stores flat in the roof when not in use so takes no extra storage space.

Thanks for the replies.
I already have a thermo screen but I only want to use if we stay put for more than a day, which is rare or I it is really cold.

Do you need to do this? I have had pop tops for nearly 30 years and have never applied waterproofing to the canvas and have never had a problem with water getting through. Is there a problem or have I just been lucky?
