I looked at it (online only) and thought quite a nice van, with spec most people want (diesel, RHD, front and rear difflocks that are working), for very modest price!!

Doesnt look bad to me! Dont forget these are now 20+ years old!! Theres going to be some rust on them even if there looked after really well. I thinks its a great starting point to get into Syncro's. You could buy worse.....and many of us have!!!!

does look a reasonably good van thats had some maintenance. think its advertised at about the right price as long as discription is true and no hidden fears.
@ cooper, that van you`re looking for can be found very simply by following the very very long queue of very very experianced international syncro bargain hunters that probably cover most of the planet.
thanks for the heads up rich.

"I have never used the Gerlande (G) on the gear stick but recent work carried out by SYNCROSPARES show all working parts are present."
I hate lines like this.
Why would you never of tried it in 10 years? Just seem to scream I'm hiding something.

Yep - I agree Karl. Show me a syncro that didnt cost you something too! (except of course you Tristar but you paid for it and its lovely)
I suspect it will cost a lot more than £7k when you see it in the cold light of day - 5k and would could be interested (expecting to find all the issues).
I get really sad when I see all these white panels painted I really do
