Just changing the cambelt on a 1.6td t25 problem is i can't get the bottom pulley 19mm bolt off tried a breaker bar with a scaff tube and everthing, i'm guessein the only way to get it off is removing the exhaust and cutting a hole in the back panel then using a pneumatic wrench with an extension bar to 'shock' it off, but surely there must be a simpler way please someone help me before i resort to removing the exhaust and probably shearing the bolts off in the turbo in the process then taking the angle grinder to the back panel!

You dont need to undo the 19mm bolt for the bottom crankshaft cog to replace the cam belt.Only undo the the v belt bottom pulley bolts then remove it & the the cam belt cover to fit the belt over the bottom cog.
