Hi people.
This is all new to me. But here goes
I'm looking to get the 15" empi alloys and springs from just kampers. What I need to know is will they fit my van. I have a 1980 t25 Viking 2000cc. I've been told that the empi alloys will fit my van so just need more advice to be 100% before I get them. And saying that if they do fit what are the best tyres for them. I don't do to many miles in the van. So any advice would be great.
Thanks people
Scott

Personally I wouldn't touch them for wheels or suspension parts. Too many reports of low quality engineering on other things to trust them to get important stuff right.
Welome to the best resource on the internet by the way

For most parts for your van, use Brickwerks. Top quality gear and from people that know what they're talking about
There's plenty of wheel options, have a look at the wiki, or there's a set of Carat OE alloys up for grabs for about £100 a corner, I've seen the ad somewhere, just can't remember where

Empi's are not suitable for a T25...wrong offset..yes you see them fitted but by ill advised owners who don't know any better.
JK wheels are generally made of re-cycled 7up cans and those take away trays found in your local Chinese takeaway

...they are not good quality.

i bought a set of wheels from jk and had them replaced in the first year because they were coroding the replacement set went the same way and they didnt want to know. i bought a set of brm,s from vw heretage and have had no problems.once bitten twice shy i would not deal with jk again poor quality.

To be honest, BRMs aren't really right for a T3 either - weight & offset issues

each to their own Andy
But I wouldn't be having them either

, especially from Midland wheels... worse than JK!!

My Midland wheels are sill on,round, not melted or eaten by mice and after 2 winters and a lack of regular cleaning are lasting better than the alloys on the better halfs 2 year old Audi. Maybe I got a luck set.
