Masking headlights

A kind gentleman gave me a universal headlight masking kit today (convert RHD to LHD)
On the list of vehicles it says VW Beetle, Caravenette, Variant 1974>>
I assume this also includes a T25?
The mask cutlines that correspond to the above looks to be for a round headlight (as one end cut line is curved)
Are the lenses on a round headligh the same as on a square (the ones I have)?

I assume from looking at the brickwerks website you mask the area shown in darker shade on the brickwerks image?
