Doka load bed cover?

While my search for a Vindic continues, does anyone know if I can get a new load bed cover for the Doka (aka a tonneau)? The high canopy is coming off, but I'd like something to just keep the elements off the truck bed.

there is a company in chessington, surrey that could make one for you, i have one which pete had made for me, i now have the vindic on so you could use it as a template if needed.

Is it Canvas Works, Cox Lane, Chessington, Surrey KT9 1SG Tel: 020 8974 1271? I think their site is down. They should be able to make it up from scratch again no?

yep that them but they did not make mine, that why i said you could use it as a template. you need to think how you will attach it to the body of the van as well. on mine there i have attached a section of p channel to the vindic roll cage but this could be attached to the rear bulkhead ,and on the end of the cover there is a cord which sides in to the p channel.

hope that makes sense if not i can run out to the van and take a couple of pics

I've been considering these guys............
http://www.ebay.de/itm/VW-T2-T3-DOKA-Pi ... 644wt_1396

Build quality could be an issue....no close up pics of how it attaches :?
Keep me posted if you manage to get one from the UK (with pics) :ok

Re: VINDIC

Yea the photos are crap. At least he attempted to describe how it fixes at the front. I'm sure we can get them made cheaper here tbh.

Hopefully we'll get some from axeman.

here you go
the p channel that is pop riveted and siliconed on to the roll roll cage, this worked realy well as the p channel is rounded (the profile of it) and almost perfectly matches the profile of the tube that it is mounted too. this could be mounted to the rear of the bulk head if you dont have a roll cage. but the lenth of the material used will have to be a couple of inches longer (obviously)

this is the end of the cover and inserts in to the p channel.

i am sure that if you asked pete very nicely he would have a some more made up,
