On top of fuse box. Big heavy red ones on the right?



Fuse was blown when I got it. Put new one in but couldn't see anything else working, It didn't blow. Any ideas?

can you trace the wires? they are an add-on of some sort so saying what they are for is impossible.... could be anything from an amp for a stereo to LPG install thats no longer there to air horns/alarms, lights, central locking systems..anything really

I'd have a go at tracing the wires and until I knew what they did I'd leave the fuse OUT as it might make something live somewhere that could drain the battery/cause a short or worse.....

Yes not VW

Cheers chaps, It makes sense now. If their not VW it must be for the once fitted amp.

If it's not needed the rip it out so it can cause issues in the future, unless you can see a use for it before you part ways with the van
