Yup, went to quite a few places.
Smeal, Maughold, the Glen Mona Hotel pub car park (say hello to Ging), Ballaglass, Scarlett.

If you do it sensibly you'll get away with it.
The campsites are not to expensive when you need a shower.

Second what Titus said...go and see Ginge at the Glen Mona...he know lots of great spots and is a 'bloody good bloke'!
Have a look at 'circle yer wagons' organised by the IOM VW club is a belting weekend and they usually do a deal on ferry prices.
Just don't get all exited about it, pay for it, and then miss the ferry by 15mins like wot we did last year...muppets.
Will be going this year though!

They've got the deal sorted again - 219 squid for a bus and 2.

You can extend your stay.
