Just seen this item for sale. Item number 130634935024 When I saw the price, I thought I'd better take a bit more care with the "resting" 'velle GL syncro in my yard.
Anybody any idea if this sellers figures on RHD GL Syncro caravelles is correct?
Any of you lot been pestering this man for this one?

Well he dose say there are only 6 GL syncros left in RHD so it is extremely rare you now.

The Syncro I had was the VW demonstrator reg was D673 CVV and was fully loaded with aircon and all the whistles and bells

Isn't this the van that was at the Volksworld show last year in the for sale section? I remember one like it for loads of money. Jake, lloydy and I were kicking it's tyres and laugimg at the price of it and the owner stormed over shouting, "it's one of 7" or somthing, and "it's not a normal van it's a Syncro, you know 4wd" . We just said, "Oh right is it? Very good" And walked away hehehehehehehe.....

Mine was originally registered to a dealer as a demo......

That was in Germany and therefore more useful (obviously) as a bit of history. I have the original bill of sale so suddenly I'm sat on (driving round in ) a goldmine.

Sorry you're mistaken on both counts, Bank managers are happier if you are in the red, its how they make their living & Lefties are as common as muck!!!
