Removing Bumpers that have the Rubber strip fitted?

Hello people, yes, another dumb question from Moiré, I have the rubber strips on my bumpers, therefore cannot access the bolts to remove then. Is there a simple solution to this, or do I have to remove the rubber strips to access the bolts which maybe hiding underneath? If so, I am a little confused as to replacing these rubber strips. I'm guessing I would need to replace/renew rubber strips after I refit bumpers?
Thanks

No, normally those strips clip into holes in the same way that door panels do.

Oh right, I will see if I can unclip it then. The rubber is coming away on the one end, and looks like the previous owner may of used some kind of glue

Not uncommon, mine is the same. If you can lift the rubber enough to get to bumper fixing bolts, you can unclip the rest when its off.
