i need a new steering wheel for my T25. Did try fitting a golf one but failed. So want a aftermarket one, prefably so i can fit a boss or momo wheel.
does anyone know where i can get one?
or get a decent working t25 one?

Just Kampers, about £40 for the boss and the same again for the wheel.

was it a late golf one ?
i've got a couple of nice
aftermarket wheel/boss combos,
don't really want to split though.

AAAH i see, If it's not the side to side play its the up and down play? If so i have a tale to tell...
I fitted a Porsche 911 wheel on and had this problem so much and it took me a coupola hours to figure out! Its the positioning of the T3 horn push - u did take it from your old wheel? Fix it in and if there are still problems it''s down to the weird joint below the steering column which you have to cable tie up while you reset it and get the wheel nice and tight up top which holds it all together! Remove the cable ties after tho as that weird joint thing stops the steering column goin into u in an accident! Hope thats what it is and it works or else get an earlier steering wheel horn ring thingy as i have seen 2 different types of those too! Good Luck

what golf should i be looking at? i dnt remeber what year it was, i think a mk2 .. i know it looked pretty similiar but didn't fit on at all! i like the aftermarket wheels, though none of them look like they'll have a horn push.. which i thought was a legal requirement.. if not, well i love them anyone how lol

h-reg onwards golf are
the larger column.
if its a horn ring problem
just swap stuff over, its only
a 2 minute job to do so.
you can have your horn switch where
you want, even on the dash, but you
do need to have one.
