fridge in a twin slider

Hi everyone
I've stripped my van out to convert it into a camper, I've insulated the panels bought an 3/4 devon rock and roll bed but can't think where to put a fridge.
I've not bought one yet but was going to get a 3 way fridge from a local caravan breakers where all the old ones from glossop caravans go to die!
It can't go behind passenger seat as it swivels, don't want to weld 'spare' o/s slider shut as one or two people have suggested at shows, was going to put it in line with R & R seat base but door would catch outside flue when it slid open. I've managed for years with a cool box but sick of being ripped off on sites for having ice packs frozen...ps my joiner T4 nut nephew has come up with a nifty way of putting the cooker on a turntable so it can be spun round to cook outside through the open 'spare' slider .Ta Paul
