Door armour plates

Received a nice birthday treat yesterday of having my van broken into :x

Stereo taken and they made a bit of a mess when looking for other valuables but thankfully no damage, my stupid fault for leaving the stereo face on - obviously I don't live in as safe place as I thought I did!

They got in by getting behind the driver's door lock, on my old mk2 Golf I had some plates to help prevent this, any one know if I can buy similar for the T3? Link below to show the sort of thing I mean:

I guess a half ender through the glass was to hard for them

I even kindly left them a couple that I use as chocks :)

I think the damage to the door handle is repairable, might just leave it open in future.

thats what I do
empty of anything remotely valuable and immobile

Damage limitation rather than part searching for a sub standard replacement

i made my own plates for the locks

could not find any for sale!

also the golf ones seemed to vary greatly in price

if anyone new how easy it is to key our locks dont think they would bother tho- worn locks are the downfal but the old scredriver behind the lock is very simple but messy for the door!
