I have a 1.9 scrapper that I wish to use as a source for springs/shocks on my TD.

Are they the same or were they specific to the engine fitted?

i think they're the same, my derv
van sat lower at the back cos they're heavier
engines, so the springs were probably
rated the same, lazy VW really.

is the 1.9 lump scrap, or rebuildable
cos i'm always after the things ?
