Hi, I'm going to view a vw t25 camper van in Bradford tomorrow,on a long shot I'm trying to find a vw mechanic that could come along to give the van a look over. I couldn't find any vw specialists in the Bradford area, does anyone know any mechanics in the Bradford area??? Thanks for any help....

just in case anyone ever needs this information in the future.. ended up using a guy called Graham from Auto engineering mobile mechanics based in bradford on 07912202177 paid £30 for a hour for him to check the vehicle over mechanically... only thing of concern was behind the rear t25 registration plate the engine coolant container was empty and he said there was water on the inside of the oil container cap, he said that he thought in his opinion this was suggesting that a head gasket had gone! Graham was meant to have restored a G reg vw T25 a while ago... to be fair to him only a proper inspection of the engine in a garage would confirm what was wrong..
however later we managed to get ahold of the guy on the phone who did the last mot repairs on the van.. he is a freelance mechanic in the bradford area his name is Peter fletcher on 07812985981, he seemed alot more knowledgable about t25s and said that the engine cooler container in the back was a reserve overflow and that the main tank was in the engine compartment.. i know graham looked in the engine compartment so i'm not quite sure what happened there.. peter also put the water on the inside of the oil container down to condensation... he said that the current owner who is selling it wouldnt have been able to drive it back from france if the headgasket had gone.....
i think if anyone needed a vehicle inspection/service repairs etc in the bradford area I would be more inclined to ring Peter Fletcher...
