Pulling back and bogging down?!

Hi, my van has started to pull back slightly whilst driving and bog down when pulling off which is making it a bit of a pain to drive. It doesn't happen from the word go, seems to start happening when the motor's warmed up, before this it's lovely to drive.
It has had a weber carb, electric fuel pump and regulator fitted by the previous owner, don't know if this has anything to do with it?
Any advice would be very gratefully received as always!!
Thanks
Gaz

What engine?
Where are you located?
What are the weather conditions?
Checked your air filter?

It's a 1.9 petrol, I'm in Lincoln UK, weather is damp but not particularly cold!!
The problem only occurs when she's warmed up!!
I'll check the filter and have a look at the jets!!
Thanks
Gaz
