Does anyone familair with the VW T2 - T25 090 automatic gearbox know if the drive from the torque converter is meant to rotate when the gear selector is in Neutral or idle revs when stopped ie is the shaft from the output side of the converter meant to rotate. Do the brake bands stop any inertial rotation .
