Whats the difference...

...between the panel van windows and the multivan windows? It looks like the multivan wondows are recessed and have a window ledge?! Doth my eyes decieve me?!

You are correct...Panel vans stand proud and use a totally different seal and window sizes.

they could if you were to use the inner panels as well however as already mentioned the panel van windows are different sizes so you'll come up with fun there too (either cutting out or welding in!)

By multivan windows, do you mean caravelle? Just that a multivan is based on a caravelle shell so have factory window openings. As for if they fit in a panel van, if you cut a hole the right size and use aftermarket window rubbers then yes. If someone has already cut holes in your van for existing windows, then no, they won't fit as they won't be the same size

Oh knickers. I just dont know what to do with my van. I have the middle windows and dontkjnow whether to remove them completely and return it to a panel van or do all the windows. I need help with this one.

Custom double glazed units, choose your size, colour location. If I was starting with a panel van, that's what I would do. Then you can even get ones that open

The key word there is custom....which means fookin expensive! Dont want to spend a fortune on this which is why i was going along the 'weld it up route :-/ not sure at all on this.

Wouldn't have thought so, multivan/caravelle windows are £80+ each. Plus cost of welding. Double glazed units cost about the same

I've got two rear quarter windows double glazed with seals and sliding door window out of a caravelle with seals and a pop out double glazing window that needs clips £12 from Gunzl.
All yours for £150

Hello again mate!!
Got any pics? Might try to pursuade my better half that windows may be a good idea. Im just thinking that i dont want curtains so how else do you kee the light out in the morning while youre trying to sleep? Also whats the temp difference like between a nice insulated panel van and a double glazed van?

You could just have windows in the sliding door by replacing your door with one from a caravelle(windows already in) and weld up the window on the other side.

Yeah i thout of that but id rather each side of the van look uniform. Sarah really doesnt like all the windows in

and i dont like the two middle windows only idea so it may end up being no windows but sunroofs instead.
