what sort of economy should i be able to expect from a tin tip 1.9 DG petrol, it's not thrashed, driven carefuly

speakers in cab doors, where's the best place drill through for the cables
can someone post up a picture, so i can see before drilling lot of holes in my doors

mpg from 18-24 so i believe! for speakers, through the air vent in the door. *awaits shower of abuse warning against this* however, ther is a 20mm hole in the air vent in the door and just indside the van that the wires can be passed through! i'd take some pics but haven't go me van at home at the mo!
