changing oil pressure sensor

And this morning's "help the feeble" is ....

Oil leak. Considerable. look underneath, coming down the left hand side of the block as you look at the van.
This morning I have removed the push rod cover from this side....its wet with oil around the oil pressure sensor. So hoping this not pushrod tube seals!

Switch not been operating right for a while...will glow dimly if damp, and if water from puddle gets in there....well, it glows brightly!

so....going to change the little devil. But I am confused as to which one I need and how to do it.

Although its a 2.1, its only running the 1.9 electrics, so no second sensor wiring.

Think is the LOW pressure one I need....can anyone state the bar for me, please? last time I went in for one, I was offered Blue, grey or black!

Also - changing....access looks like fun....socket or spanner?

Does it have a rubber o ring that I will have to find the bits of (if present one has disintegrated?)

Surely not a screw out screw in 5 min job.....

thanks in advance

Agree with Kev, the blue one, this is the one I recently changed too due to a small oil leak, and all is good now, and the oil light behaves aswell now too :ok

It's a 24mm deep socket you need, just checked on a spare blue sensor I had in the garage. Cheers Rich
