Hi everyone

I'm taking the interior panels / door cards off etc, to hopefully fit some insulation. Everyone seems to rave about 'thermowrap' but can't seem to find any for less £100 quid on flea bay.

Wickes are doing 3 rolls of 'space blanket' for £15, has any body used it? its foil coated rock as opposed to bubble wrap

Ta Paul

PS trying to think of the best way to squeeze a 3 way fridge (not bought yet) in a twin slider with passenger swivel seat and 3/4 bed..... :?

if by thermowrap you mean the foil covered bubble wrap, try the DIY stores (I know B&Q and Homebase definitely stock it).

Obviously you didn't look hard enough

I got mine from B&Q when they had it on offer. It made it cheaper than their own brand

Sod ebay it's here too 600mm wide x 7.5mtrs (check your local store stock)

Hi again Cruz

Bought a roll of thermowrap from our local homebase for £11.98 shortly after reading your post. first roll went behind the radiators at home after my
wife saw a picture of it being used for that pupose in the store!. Ended going back for another roll and have just finished insulating the insides of the
panels, tailgate, and engine cover area today. The Vinyl roof lining has a few tears and holes so i am thinking of removing it and insulating the roof
area and then replacing it with carpeted ply. will keep you posted, ta for the reply :ok
