Keys locked in van!

Stupid stupid, I've managed to lock both sets of keys in my van.
Am I likely to be able to open my 1989 van with other VW keys, if not which is the cheapest window to pop?
I've tried a steel ruler down the window to no avail.
One last hope is my roof/sky vent thing, will these open from the outside?

I have two new locks on order and nowt worth nicking in the van till they come for the same reason
