What's the tranny?

I am trying to identify what model of gearbox I have in my 1985 Autosleeper with DG engine, see link.
http://www.flickr.com/photos/69250730@N04/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
The first letters are pretty much inreadable, but the numbers 907 5 are clear as day.
Any bright ideas as to which gearbox I have?
Many thanks,
Steve

I think you are looking in the wrong place.

Good Luck

Hi,
No, that's the spot, and all that's visible.
The first part of the code is just visible, but not readable!
Thanks for the pointer.
Steve.

is the white sticker still on the vehicle under the steering wheel knee high, if so the original code is on that, if it's 4 speed it's probably ABD if 5 then probably ABN, date code says 9th, 19th or 29th of July 1985 so possibly the original one
use a led torch parallel to the stamp face it makes it much more readable, also rubbing it with dirty oily finger helps reveal it

That's really good info.
The sticker under the dash is missing - strange cos some others are still there like the bar code on the passenger door surround!
I definately made out 3 letters, the middle is a B, last looked like a D or O so I think it's an ABD (yes, it's 4 speed).
Many thanks for your help.
Steve.
