hi anybody know if part number 251 953 515A is still to be found @ vw ... its the upper steering colum with the recess for the heated seat control switch not sure but it might have been only for finnish vans....think the carat also had them with a temp guage in them .....cheers all:)

If VW no longer stock them, they dod pop up on ebay.de from time to time

251 953 515A 90V is a available from VW Classic Parts for a whopping 5,88.

I don't know what the 90V means.

Both Brickwerks and Aidan regularly place orders with VW Classic.

90V means it is brown.

The black is not available at VW Classic so it might still be available through VW.

251 953 515 A 01C still listed by VW £8.64 plus vat, probably go obsolete when you order it mind, you'll find out after 3 days

i've got a brand new one here, in black, if anybody wants it, supplied by vw incorrectly, and they wouldn't take it back as it was special order. baldy

I got a knocked about brown one here if needed or I'm sure Miiko Oberschlacter could sort you either colour with heated seat switch. That's how they do in Finland
