Its an easy enough job but you will find that it's folded underneath the front screen rubber onto the screen aperture, so it's best to take the screen out if you can, then remove the trim around the doors and at the back where it joins whatever sort of roof you have [pop-top?] plus the sun visors etc.
Then take it down and carefully pop one end of the metal bracing rod that runs though it, from the plastic guide living on the cant rails above the door/s and it will come down in one piece. It will be quite tight as this rod obviously tensions the headling so that its not 'baggy'.
A new one can be bought here:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-T25-cab-he ... 35b550a09b
Reassembly is the reverse order, beginning by doing the metal rod first so as to support everything; it will be a good idea to use a decent trimmers glue [ like 3m Fast-tac for example]on the windscreen portion, then fit the front portion of the headlining and let it throughly dry before you re-fit the screen or otherwise the rubber will likely pull the headlining off, meaning you will have to tuck it back in again or it will look a little 'baggy' in places. If its nice and taught at the front, then you only need to carefully pull the lining to the other end and sides to match and that's it.
PS you will find the new headling more flexible than the original so it should stretch quite nicely.
Doug.

Yeah, that's the ticket. I must admit to now be thinking I need to change mine now that all the other inside works been done [almost anyway

] Fifty quid is fifty quid, but it does look good. More expense....
