Fitting Rear Blenders

I've got myself a set of original rear blenders.
My question is:

What size hole do I need to drill in the rear panel and approx. whereabout, can anyone give me some measurements?

I don't think you HAVE to drill the body, the blenders are held in place by the lamp unit (hella only I believe) so you could just cut the tangs down so sit flush against the body

Cheers Aidan,
I was thinking along those lines as well.

Done as Aidan suggested.
I cut off the tang that should go into a hole in the rear panel.

Most of the securing tabs on the blenders have broken off so I had to drill some holes and secure the blender to the light with M3 C/sunk screws with lock nuts.

Jobs a good un!

Same here but...the majority of bit sets that you can buy in the DIY stores around here have the tamperproof bits in them.
