Got a new ignition barrel and keys on the way, any ideas on how to get the old one out. I presume its something to do with the cover on the side, but although its loosened and slightly raised nothing else appears to be happening.

i once put one in an lt.im sure i had to use the key to unlock the barel and thats how it came out.i may be wrong.think jed think.ill have a think and see if i remember.

Its ok Jed dont wear yourself out, thanks for the reply but its out. Drilling a small hole about 10mm back from the barrel edge allows you to stick in a pointy thing and release the sprung metal catch and out it pops. Ill still have a beer for you at Vanfest
