alloy wheels

hi anyone out there no what size alloys i can put on my van,i have lowered it by 45mm allround and wondered maybe 19s or 18s,

its not the overall size what matters , you can fit anything up to 22 inch with 8 1/2 inch front and 11 1/2 inch rear is about the max , its the offset what is most important
