Hi,
Need to get my van ready for winter. Unfortunately unable to keep it indoors in a garage and I have been recommended not to use a cover.

So what is the best prep I can do before the harsh winter creeps in?

What is the best wax?
Anything for the hi top?

Any advice would be appreciated...

Regards
Chris

Best wax for cold weather protection... are

Autoglym Hi Def
Collinite 915 Marque D'Elegance
Nattys White & Blue
RaceGlaze 55
Swissvax Divine, Mystery, BoS and Concourso
Victoria Concours

Any of these..... applied ONCE, and used all over.

Allways use a HARD wax first , followed with a soft wax.
this will give all winter long paint protection.
As long as detergent is not used and a good quality shampoo is, then the protection is as good as a cover.

or if it's rusty, anchorwax! Totally different concept though so google it. Used by rat look guys to preserve "rusty" look without getting too rusty.
