Is it possible to get a cooker re-enamled?

I have a white cooker and a buff oven lol - also where can I get the knobs from?

Yes, but you will have to completley strip the cooker and send just the metal panel(s) for enameling.
The enamel is not cheap either, costs more than the steel the panels are made of.
