Gear stick gaiter surround

Hi, my caravelle has a plastic trim around the rubber gaiter at the bottom of the gearstick.
It just clips into the floor but as its broken, and holds the gaiter to the floor, I'm looking to replace it.
What is the best way to go about this?
It looks like a really cheap thing to buy if its still available,
or is there a commonly used fix to replace it with?
