South of France in a hi top brick

Hi all,

Have any of you guys got experience of touring the med coast in a high top?

We are planning a tour next year near to Montpellier, but are concerned that we may have trouble parking and getting to the beaches because of our height! (So Mrs Fufflenarnia wants to take the Touran instead - comfy, but boring!)

Any comments and honest advice appreciated - will our height be a problem?

Thanks,

Steve

We were there summer 2010 on the way to and from Italy, many of the 'glam' beaches have barriers near the famous towns but there is a lot of coastline that doesn't. We stayed on France Passion farms and vineyards plus a few aires BUT be very careful near towns as you are in ££££ central and the thieves know it.
