Missing relay

Checking the front fogs on my van I have found or not that the relay for slot seven is missing
Am I right in thinking that it should be there and if so does anyone know what type it should be ??

What year?
don't the fogs work then?
I have front fogs and no relay in 7
if it must be fitted it is No 53

Yeah the front fogs don't work
The van is a 91 California if that helps
The rear fogs work
